O artigo em questão tem como propósito abordar a influência da propaganda adversa promovida por organizações criminosas (ORCRIMs) no trabalho policial militar, objetivando identificar como a propaganda adversa promovida por ORCRIMs influencia o trabalho policial militar, e quais são os desafios e estratégias de enfrentamento. A abordagem da temática justifica-se pela necessidade imprescindível de entender os mecanismos de manipulação informacional promovida por estas organizações, que comprometem a confiança nas instituições e a efetividade da atuação das forças de segurança, desestabilizando a ordem pública. O presente estudo trata-se de uma pesquisa de caráter básico, com abordagem qualitativa e natureza descritiva, com base na coleta de dados bibliográficos e documentais, incluindo legislações, doutrinas, manuais e obras especializadas. Através do levantamento e análise das informações, concluiu-se que a propaganda adversa representa uma das principais armas das ORCRIMs, demandando das instituições policiais a utilização de estratégias como a contrapropaganda, as operações psicológicas (PSYOP) e a comunicação estratégica para neutralizar os seus efeitos. A junção entre ações sociais e inteligência de fontes humanas (HUMINT), tal como o fortalecimento de protocolos comunicacionais, mostra-se essencial para o combate qualificado da criminalidade organizada.

This article aims to address the influence of adverse propaganda promoted by criminal organizations (ORCRIMs) on military police work, seeking to identify how this propaganda affects police activities, as well as the challenges and coping strategies. The relevance of this theme lies in the critical need to understand the mechanisms of informational manipulation employed by these organizations, which undermine trust in institutions and the effectiveness of security forces, destabilizing public order. This study is a basic research with a qualitative approach and descriptive nature, based on the collection of bibliographic and documentary data, including legislation, doctrines, manuals, and specialized works. Through data collection and analysis, it was concluded that adverse propaganda represents one of the main weapons of ORCRIMs, requiring police institutions to employ strategies such as counterpropaganda, psychological operations (PSYOP), and strategic communication to neutralize its effects. The integration of social actions and human intelligence (HUMINT), along with the strengthening of communication protocols, proves essential for effectively combating organized crime.
