ABSENTEÍSMO E QUALIDADE DE VIDA NO TRABALHO POLICIAL MILITAR: UM ESTUDO DE CASO DO 9º BATALHÃO DE POLICIA MIITAR DO ESTADO DA PARAÍBA.

Resumo
Dentre das abordagens cientificas que se faz a respeito do serviço policial militar, uma das mais necessárias se dá na necessidade de buscar elementos que possam identificar quais os parâmetros da qualidade de vida, bem como a incidência de absenteísmo com fator preponderante de um melhor controle na qualidade do serviço prestado pelos profissionais de segurança pública. Uma vez que tais temas são uma barreira para abordagens diretas na tropa, há a necessidade de se utilizar de métodos de pesquisa do tipo survey, onde os participantes podem se sentir mas abertos a determinadas perguntas. Com isso esse artigo tem como premissa, verificar como anda a qualidade de vida, através de utilização de questionário investigativos, bem como analisar de maneira quantitativa as observações inferenciais de absenteísmo de tal Unidade Operacional Militar (UOP), visto que é um dos indicadores de tais abordagens, tendo tal trabalho policial militar um alto risco de estresse físico, mental e emocional, diminuindo assim a qualidade da prestação de serviço. Uma vez verificado tais parâmetros, tal identificação servirá para traçar tomadas de ação que possam auxiliar na busca de uma prestação de serviço mais humanizada e eficiente por parte dos militares da unidade estudada.
Abstract
Among the scientific approaches that envolves the military police service, one of the most necessary is the research about elements that can identify the parameters of quality of life, and the incidence of absenteeism as a predominant factor for a better control over the quality of the service provided by public safety professionals. Since such topics are a barrier to direct approaches upon the troops, there is a need to use the survey research method, in a way that participants can feel more confy with certain questions. With this in mind, this article's premise is checking how the quality of life is going, through the use of an investigative questionnaires, and also analyzing in a quantitative way the inferential observations of absenteeism on an Military Operational Unit (UOP), because it is one of the indicators of such approaches, since military police work have a high risk of physical, mental and emotional stress that can reduce the quality of the provided service. Once these parameters have been verified, the identification will be used to outline actions that can assist in the search for a more humanized and efficient service provided by the soldiers of the studied unit.
