Resumo
O presente trabalho trata da importância da Educação como processo de formação humanizada e profissional, aprendizado para toda vida, destacando notadamente as políticas públicas de educação geradas com o objetivo de tornar o Policial Militar, expert quanto às funções de Estado a desenvolver a sua Percepção da Dignidade Humana no Curso de Formação de Oficiais da Polícia Militar da Paraíba, bem como umas das estruturas da Ordem e da Paz. Esse ensinamento se amplia através dos cursos de formação, aperfeiçoamento e capacitação ofertados pelo Centro de Educação da Polícia Militar da Paraíba. Em face das matrizes curriculares e dos conteúdos aplicados de acordo com as classes da ordem militar, o princípio de toda formação complementar do policial militar é, sem dúvida, sua dignidade de pessoa humana, cidadão e particularmente militar com missão específica de cuidar das pessoas. Para responder a proposta em caso, a pesquisa abordará a ordem normativa como base legal do curso de formação de oficiais, identificando a forma de valorização do policial militar e que ao mesmo tempo promove sua dignidade, destacando esse profissional como também cumpridor do papel de pacificador social. Perspectiva de direito fundamental garantido pelo estado e o papel do policial militar; ato contínuo, analisarmos a Educação em direitos humanos como instrumento norteador para a atividade policial; e a importância da educação na formação do policial militar. Daremos ênfase que, ao respeitar à cidadania, estaremos consolidando cada vez mais os direitos humanos e consequentemente a dignidade humana, tratando de forma objetiva a redução da violência e da criminalidade.
Abstract
This paper addresses the importance of education as a process of humanitarian and professional development, a lifelong learning experience, notably highlighting public education policies created with the objective of making the Military Police officer an expert in the functions of the State, developing their perception of human dignity in the Officer Training Course of the Military Police of Paraíba, as well as one of the structures of Order and Peace. This teaching is expanded through the training, improvement, and capacity-building courses offered by the Education Center of the Military Police of Paraíba. In light of the curricular matrices and the applied content according to the classes of the military order, the principle of all complementary training of the military police officer is, without a doubt, their dignity as a human being, a citizen, and particularly a military officer with the specific mission of caring for people. To answer the proposed question, the research will address the normative order as the legal basis of the officer training course, identifying the form of valuing the military police officer and simultaneously promoting their dignity, highlighting this professional as also fulfilling the role of social peacemaker. This paper examines the fundamental rights guaranteed by the state and the role of the military police officer; subsequently, it analyzes human rights education as a guiding instrument for police activity; and the importance of education in the training of military police officers. It emphasizes that by respecting citizenship, human rights are increasingly consolidated, and consequently human dignity is achieved, objectively addressing the reduction of violence and crime.
